REPORT ON CONDUCTING PUBLIC COLLECTION

Legal basis: art. 9 of the Act of 15 March 1933 on public fundraisers (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 162, as amended)

On 4 and 5 December 2010 in AS stores: Glinki, Brzozowa, Leszczyńskiego, Nowodworska, Chodkiewicza, Gierczak and Kiermasz on Chodkiewicza, sweets were collected for children from Orphanages and children under the care of hospices and associations dealing with the help of poor and sick children .

This collection was carried out by the Organizational Committee "Sławek i Przyjaciele" based in Bydgoszcz on the basis of the permit of the President of Bydgoszcz 4330 of 19.11.2010.

As a result, 530 kg of sweets were collected, which were delivered to the following institutions:

• Hospice Sue Ryder House in Fordon - 78 kg
• Center for Children and Youth Poorly Hearing and the Unhearing in Bydgoszcz - 62 kg
• Social Welfare Home for Children and Young People with Intellectual Disabilities in Grabiu - 40 kg
• Association "Child Safety" - 55 kg
• Primary School - Community Center in Śliwice - 37 kg
• Primary School No. 4 Community Center in Fordon - 38 kg
• Foundation "Windmill" - 220 kg

All costs of the public collection were incurred by the members of the "Sławek i Przyjaciele" Organizing Committee based in Bydgoszcz.
