After long waiting it finally happened!
In the early and frosty Saturday morning we started our voyage to small Spanish town - La Hoya. Long thirteen hours of travel and adventures in the Valencia train station did not weakened our energy and curiosity about this Youth Exchange. There were already few groups waiting for us – one from Czech Republic, the other from Spain and the last one from Estonia.
During the week we were working on the theme of the ecology connecting our life as one of the issues. We started with a workshops of first aid prepared by our group. We were presenting and then analyzing the lifestyle we lead in our countries and the changes we could make. We were designing posters, composing songs, planting flowers, creating eco bags of old t-shirts and managing activities for children within seeds' market in the town. We were sunbathing and walking by the sea. We were visiting Elche and Valencia. And were spending every free moment with the others to integrate and have fun the best as we could.
Were we sleeping? Of course, but it is a pity to lose such time on the trips like this. After seven days we stepped in train back again. Tired, but satisfied, smiling and enriched with new experiences. Which ones precisely? Well, it is a question to participants themselves.
