Boats made from plastic bottles, adhesive tapes and stretch foils, and paddles from plastic trays for cutting vegetables and shovels are just some of the challenges that awaited the daredevil, who competed in The Big Bottle Race, to be held as part of the jubilee X edition of “Ster na Bydgoszcz".
Bobby Burger, SM Budowlani, Amarensi, Charter Land, X Team, Sea Wild, and Interact have been selected to qualify as the last 18th team to win possibility to start in The Big Bottle Race. Teams at every stage of the competition fought for 2 wins.
After the draw of the starting numbers, the teams entered the competition. Bobby Burger and Amarensi, who created the first semi-final pair and X Team and Interact, were the second couple to go to the semifinals. Bobby Burger and Interact have advanced to the finals. Better start team Bobby Burger and won the first race, but Interact did not give up and won the second race. So the third race was decided on the victory. Teams from the beginning went head to head giving fans a lot of emotion. The fight was very balanced, but more strength on the finish was maintained by the Interact team and he was the winner of the qualification to start The Big Bottle Race, which will take place on 25 June on the Mill Island.
