This project was carried out on May 14-23, 2010 near the city of Arad in Romania at the Lunca Muresului hostel, in the middle of the forest.
During the course we had many interesting workshops, games, energizers, simulations and discussions. I know it sounds boring, but it was not. On the contrary. Thanks to the organizers, we met new friends, got to know other cultures, and gained new experiences.
In the group of participants from Romania, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Latvia, Macedonia and Poland, we discussed about:
- the importance of active classes in working with children and young people
- the impact of active activities on children and adolescents in potentially risky situations
- violence among young people and ways to avoid it using active activities
- solving conflicts among young people through active activities
- fight against discrimination by using active activities for this purpose
Once again - Freddy, Danny, the team of organizers, all participants and above all Thea and Ada - thanks a lot!
