Finally after long time of experience collecting and few unsuccessful checks we got the approval for making a Youth Exchange in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was possible also thanks to ""Wiatrak"" Foundation.
As before all Youth Exchanges it's neccesarry to prepare APV (Advanced Planning Visit) which placed in 23-25 of May. In APV we hosted representatives of organisation particpating in Youth Exchange: Gabriel and Jason from Les Sureaux / France, Jose Antonio from ACD La Hoya / Spain and our group represented by Helena, Marta and Slawek.
There wasn't to much time but we used it up to the last minte. We showed to our friend the place where will be The Bottle Race they'll be participate and by the occasion small piece of Bydgoszcz by night. We also visited scout's camp in Polko where we'll have forest game and other activities. And of course we discussed about the daily timetable to have a sure that everything is clear and improve some points.
It was so intensive time but we as athe organizers are very satisfy about the results of it.
I'd like to thank to our partners for common and such an efficient work. Not forgetting about Helena's father which design a logo of our Youth Exchange and some graphics for other gadgets. But the biggest thanks should be given to Helena as herself for all this hard and fantastic work she did it before and by the time of APV.
And now all of us are waiting inpantintly for the Youth Exchange and it'll be only or untill a month.
