Exceptional organizers, exceptional partners and a unique event. Due to the prevailing restrictions, it is not yet in the form we would like to, but it is still very successful. And the main organizers, namely Caritas of the Bydgoszcz Diocese and the Lloyd Factory, did their best.
The location was also exceptional, as the event took place in the renovated premises of the Bydgoszcz shipyard's production hall, which was part of a larger complex of facilities at the Bydgoszcz Towing Society shipyard, which was the largest inland shipping company in Bydgoszcz, and from 1920 one of the largest in Poland.
The spirit of history of this place, combined with a new and modern interior, created a unique atmosphere for children and their guardians. The partners of the event also did their best. There were songs from Disney's fairy tales and games with children. And as part of the Laudato Si project promotion, there was a presentation of how to turn garbage into something usable and a presentation of the exhibition "Flora and fauna of the Bydgoszcz Canal".
The whole event ended with a snack prepared by the host, that is Lloyd's Factory, and each child received from Caritas "Boxes of Happiness" full of sweets and more.
